A shared plan.
Instead of taking on a loan for an entire property, a person could contribute toward a shared land asset and participate in proportion to agreed terms.
C & B Realty would help review local market value, property documents and purchase costs. The proposed ownership structure, each person’s rights, company fees, holding period and exit process would need to be clear before anyone contributes money.
After a planned holding period, a participant might continue, or seek to transfer their interest to a willing replacement under an agreed valuation method. A property sale could also be considered. Neither a replacement buyer nor a gain is guaranteed.
